Warehouse Pizza serves homemade 12-inch artisan Neapolitan/NY-fusion-style pies out of our one of a kind 1962 bread truck, we named Stella. Our in-house dough is made using 100% TIPO “00” Italian flour, not enriched or bleached; free of any additives. Each batch is fermented for a minimum of 72 hours and topped with the best quality toppings we can find. You will feel the difference after eating our pizza. Pre-fermented dough not only brings a unique flavor, but it is also easier to digest and does not cause bloating. The result is a chewy, yet crispy flavorful dough cooked to order, that delivers delicious pies, happy bellies, and cool vibes!
